Our UK Building Regulations
We work closely with our accredited and experienced installers to provide home insulation services to the highest standards. Our network of installers meet all required UK building regulations. M3 Energy Scotland are only responsible for doing home surveys and producing an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) for your house (if required). We are committed to reducing household carbon emissions in the UK and to helping the UK government meet its target of 80% reduction by the year 2050.
Our Commitment
The main function of M3 Energy Scotland is to facilitate the use of UK Government ECO (Energy Company Obligation) Funding. The funding is open to all UK homeowners and tenants. Since the start of ECO3 in October 2018 all funding is now targeted at the Affordable Warmth group which basically means homeowners/tenants who may struggle to heat their home. The Affordable Warmth group is defined by people who are in receipt of a state benefit listed on our website.
